Real Time Online Registration All individuals registering for POWER-GEN Renewable Energy & Fuels (PGRE&F) online will be required to establish a PennWell Registration Account. Please follow the steps on the first page of the registration form - the process only takes a couple minutes.

Registration Types All registered attendees will be issued an attendee badge and badge holder as well as the appropriate event tickets and electronic business card. You are required to wear your badge at all time while attending the conference and exhibition.

Pre-Registration Benefits Show management encourages all attendees to take advantage of the added benefits of registering early by utilizing either the registration form included in this brochure or the online form at www.power-gengreen.com. All registrations received from US residents by March 27th will receive their badge packet in the mail. If you register after the cut-off or do not receive you packet in the mail, please proceed to On-Site Registration.

Attendee Badge Policy Please wear your badge at all times when attending official POWER-GEN Renewable Energy & Fuels functions. Badges are a security measure to identify people who have a legitimate reason to be in the conference and exhibit areas. If you are not wearing your badge, you may be asked to show proof of your registration and picture ID.

Attention International Attendees: The U.S. State Department rules regarding visas have tightened up. Not every foreign visitor is required to obtain a visa to enter the U.S., however, it is important to note that visitors from some countries that did not need a visa prior to September 11, 2001 may need one now. Please check with the U.S. Embassy in your area to confirm whether or not you are required to obtain a visa.

If the U.S. State Department requires you to apply for a visa, please allow at least 60 days prior to the beginning of POWER-GEN Renewable Energy & Fuels 2006 to visit the U.S. Embassy in your country to begin the application process. Before visiting the U.S. Embassy, you will need a letter of invitation to attend POWER-GEN Renewable Energy & Fuels 2006, which show management can provide.
